Founded in 1977,
CMG has built up some solid technological experience, diversifying its activity into a wide range of plants. The company is specialised in the design and manufacturing on turn-key bases of:
- Treatment plants for air, or gas, or liquids resulting from industrial processes and polluted by solvents or organics
- Solvent distillation plants
- Liquid waste incineration plants
- Continuous or batch chemicals production plants
At present the technical office has latest generation CAD stations and highly specialised personnel and can provide:
- Process "KNOW-HOW";
- Basic and detail engineering;
- Precommissioning and commissioning;
- Start-up and post start-up assistance;
- Preparation of all documents including process manual.
The company has a mechanical metal-working workshop with up-to-date equipment suitable for building, and if requested, testing large scale apparatus either vacuum or under pressure.
One of
CMG's strong points is that it is financially extremely sound, thanks to the fact that the partners have always believed firmly in the company's development to the extent that its invested capital is 3.600.000,00 Eur.
At present, C.M.G. has a turnover of around 10.000.000,00 Eur. It operates both in Italy and abroad. Exports count for about 50% of turnover.
CMG has been part of the Magona of Cecina Technological Wing which in turn is part of the University of Pisa. This means it can develop and try out new technology in the chemical field (study reactions, distillations, etc.) using laboratory tests and pilot plants. These links also allow the company access to continuous "technological innovation", which is fundamental if it is to stay in a market of ever varying processes and plants, and means it is in a position to find solutions for the diverse needs of the clients.
